Alex studied in multiple EU countries and graduated with a MSc degree in the field of renewable energies and sustainable development. Currently Munich-based at the DFGE, he investigates solutions for climate action through an interdisciplinary approach, focusing on climate strategy, energy-related topics, climate risks (TCFD) and carbon footprints. He has several years of working experience as solar engineer, project manager for innovation projects and CEO for an agricultural startup-cooperative in the dolomites, his home region. Alex especially enjoys rock music, long-distance hikes and remote ski-touring routes.
