Greifenberg / Munich – February 22, 2022 | The shareholders of DFGE GmbH have signed an exclusive Letter of Intent for the sale of DFGE Institute for Energy, Ecology and Economy GmbH to EQS Group AG, an international provider of regulatory technology (RegTech) in the areas of corporate compliance and investor relations. The closing of the proposed sale is subject to customary conditions and approvals for corporate transactions of this kind.
DFGE will remain as a legal entity in its existing structure, and the current business, management and staff will continue without any further change.
