Companies use an eligibility check and an alignment check to determine whether their business activities comply with the EU Taxonomy.<\/p>\n<p>Conformity requires the fulfillment of the following three conditions:[\/vc_column_text][vc_tta_accordion][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Significant contribution to at least one environmental objective (Substantial Contribution)&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1737978482924-340a0cf9-3bd0&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The activity must fulfill the technical assessment criteria of the EU taxonomy defined for the respective environmental objective.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Do No Significant Harm (DNSH)&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1737978482951-84589bd0-76b0&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The activity must not significantly affect any of the other environmental objectives.
