DFGE – Institute for Energy, Ecology and Economy responds to growing market interest by expanding its CSR project team and opening a Munich city office. The focus of growth is on the expansion of industry expertise and comprehensive customer support in increasingly complex projects.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Munich, September 20, 2021<\/strong> \u2013 The EU Green Deal, the EU Taxonomy, ESG assessments as well as the Supply Chain Act in Germany are making companies rethink and expand their activities and investments in the field of climate protection and sustainability. In the wake of the positive developments of recent years, DFGE had successively expanded its service portfolio under the umbrella of Sustainability Intelligence. In order to meet the growing demand, DFGE is now strongly expanding its team. The new colleagues bring comprehensive industry knowledge and expertise and strengthen the existing team of sustainability experts. The focus in supporting clients is on a holistic climate strategy, from product\/corporate carbon footprints and science-based targets to achieving climate neutrality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As an institute for scientifically based and validated product and corporate carbon footprint calculations, DFGE is the only market participant to maintain close partnerships with the GRI, CDP, EcoVadis and the Science-Based Targets Initiative. In addition to CSR calculations and participation in CSR reporting, DFGE also supports its clients in developing a Climate Strategy and a Climate Action Plan. For a close exchange with cooperation partners and clients, personal exchange is necessary in addition to the virtual channels that are currently used more than ever. For this purpose, and for the space requirements of the new employees, DFGE is opening a new city office in Munich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
