Munich, 04. February 2025 | DFGE – Institute for Energy, Ecology and Economy enters a strategic partnership with the Danish management consultancy Mediator ApS. The aim of this cooperation is to strengthen the joint expertise in the areas of sustainability and corporate responsibility. In addition to services relating to product analyses, life cycle assessments/LCAs and product carbon footprints, the focus will be on offering companies in Denmark comprehensive services in the areas of sustainability disclosure such as EcoVadis and CDP.
With this cooperation, both companies will leverage their strengths in the respective markets and support their customers even better through an expanded service offering. DFGE brings its many years of experience in providing sustainability services, while Mediator leverages its extensive market knowledge and customer relationships in Scandinavia.
Dr.-Ing. Thomas Fleissner, founder and Managing Director of DFGE, comments on the partnership: “We are delighted to be working with Mediator. This partnership enables us to offer our sustainability expertise in a targeted manner outside our core market. The “Nordics” are among the leading nations in the field of sustainability – here, too, the challenges posed by CSRD have increased and we look forward to supporting the challenging projects in the EcoVadis and CDP areas.”
Jens Haugaard, CEO of Mediator, is also enthusiastic about the collaboration: “The cooperation with DFGE brings considerable benefits for our customers in Denmark. We can now offer an even wider range of first-class sustainability reporting and assessment services that meet the requirements and international standards.”
The cooperation between DFGE and Mediator represents a joint commitment to promoting sustainable business processes and providing high-quality solutions for companies in Germany and Denmark.
For 10 years, DFGE has been the first official DACH training partner of EcoVadis, supporting companies in presenting their ESG and sustainability performance in the EcoVadis and CDP rating format. DFGE provides companies with individual and customized support for their disclosure participation. DFGE’s services for EcoVadis and CDP range from training for companies and supply chains, modular consulting or calculations such as carbon footprints to turnkey holistic support in EcoVadis and CDP ratings.
