Simon has spent the past twelve years working intensively on social sustainability issues. As an experienced consultant, he has collaborated closely with decision-makers in state and federal ministries as well as with the EU Commission, covering a broad range of sustainability topics related to the world of work. In the three years prior to joining DFGE, Simon worked at the International Labour Organization, where he focused on the implementation of international labour standards and conducted research at the intersection of social and environmental sustainability. At DFGE, Simon leads the team responsible for rating and reporting services, ranging from CDP and EcoVadis support to ESRS, VSME, GRI, and sustainability strategy implementation.
