The CDP season 2019 is in its final phase. Ideally, data collection stage has been already finished and participating companies currently are entering their environment-related information in the ORS. To ensure completeness, clarity and consistency of given answers your company has the opportunity to request a ‘high level’ CDP Check by the DFGE.
CDP 2019: minor questionnaire changes have resulted in revisions and updating figures
CDP has changed this year’s questionnaires only in a few aspects, e. g. wording, new guidance, new or removed drop-down options for some questions, etc. In consequence, most of the repeating companies have revised their responses and updated important figures, e. g. emissions and energy data. Despite these factors collecting the respective information and focusing on improvement areas could be quite challenging. Also, for big companies with complex structures and many responsibilities the appropriate collection of important data, details and declarations will be more challenging. That means that the error rate raises, even for minor tasks. Same is valid for smaller companies and beginners as such enterprises have to arrange with all the requirements and challenges. In this sense, DFGE offers a CDP Check, which provides short-term improvements based on your CDP draft, before submission of your answer.

- DFGE will review your answer based on the official CDP Methodology
- DFGE will send you a report with the findings
- We will present such findings during a one-hour call
